BIOGRAPHY OF MINISTER VERA S. HARRIS
EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION
Minister Vera S. Harris was born and raised with a deep-seated foundation in faith. From an early age, she exhibited a profound spiritual curiosity and a natural inclination toward leadership and community service. Blending her passion for healing both the spirit and the body, she pursued her higher education with dedication and earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. This unique background enabled her to minister holistically, recognizing the profound connection between physical well-being and spiritual health.
PERSONAL LIFE
Beyond her demanding pastoral and apostolic duties, Minister Vera remains deeply grounded in her family life. She is a devoted and loving mother to her three wonderful children, whom she cherishes deeply, loves fiercely, and considers her greatest earthly blessings and reward. She balances her intense ministry schedule with her maternal devotion, striving to raise her children in the admonition and fear of the Lord. Minister Vera resides in Minnesota, USA, where she continues to stand as a pillar of strength, a prophetic voice, and an inspiring example of a modern virtuous woman to her family, her congregation, and the global body of Christ.
A SEASON OF BROKENNESS, CONSECRATION, AND DIVINE MANDATE
Before stepping fully into public ministry, Minister Vera walked through a deeply painful and difficult wilderness season as she endured a painful divorce. During this challenging moment of heartbreak and uncertainty, she chose to turn completely to the Lord for refuge. In the depths of her brokenness, she stood firmly upon the unshakeable promise of Psalm 46:5: “God is within her, she will not fall; God will help her at break of day.” This scripture became her anchor, reminding her that her identity and future were secure in Christ.
Surrendering her pain through intense fasting and constant devotion in the house of God, she refused to give up. It was during this season of deep consecration that a man of God gave her a profound prophetic word, in instructing her to follow Him, a call to absolute surrender to the Lord’s path.
During this time, the Lord met her in her brokenness, healed her wounds, and gifted her with a supernatural peace. God then gave her a powerful, divine vision: a mandate to go and liberate His people who are broken-hearted and bound. Though she initially felt inadequate and did not consider herself a naturally fluent or eloquent speaker, God reminded her that He qualifies the called. Just as He did with the prophets of old, the Lord touched her lips and put His raw, uncompromised Word directly into her mouth. This personal crucible birthed a deep dependency on the Holy Spirit and gave her a profound empathy for those walking through emotional trauma.
DIGITAL EVANGELISM, SHILOH, AND GLOBAL MISSIONS
Out of her testimony of restoration and her divine mandate to liberate the broken, her spiritual journey took a powerful, public turn in 2023 when she officially launched her online ministry. Driven by a burning passion for the gospel and a global vision, she utilized Facebook Live as her primary pulpit. Through this digital broadcast, she began faithfully preaching the word of God every Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. This consistent, four-day-a-week broadcast allowed her to reach souls across borders, offer prophetic prayers, and rapidly build a vibrant global community of believers online.
As her online ministry grew, God began opening major doors for her physical ministry. In April 2025, she was given the prestigious opportunity to preach at Shiloh, validating the heavy prophetic and deliverance mantle upon her life.
Her global apostolic assignment expanded further that same year when, from October 6 to October 30, 2025, Minister Vera embarked on a profound missionary journey across East Africa, ministering extensively in both Kenya and Tanzania. During her strategic assignment in Kenya, she powerfully ministered at Mlolongo Rapture Church in Nairobi and at the New Pentecostal Church, setting an atmosphere of fire for end-time revival. She then crossed into Arusha, Tanzania, where she was a guest speaker at two prominent ministries: Israel Ukombozi Church and New Jerusalem Church. For nearly a month, she carried the fire of revival across borders, conducting crusades and deliverance services that resulted in many souls saved, bodies healed, and broken lives liberated.
FORMAL ORDINATION AND EXPANDING REVIVAL NETWORKS
Following her faithful service and expanding international impact, her ministerial calling was officially validated and sealed on Easter Sunday, April 5, 2026. She was formally ordained as a minister of the gospel by the esteemed Pastor Evangelist Mai Prowd Harris of Maranatha Sanctuary Prophetic Ministries. This milestone ordination and spiritual covering equipped her with the mantle of leadership, anointing, and an unyielding commitment to end-time evangelism.
Furthering her mission to ignite global revival, Minister Vera expanded her apostolic reach to the United States. Driven by a vision for international breakthrough, she hosted and brought the esteemed Pastor Prophet Evans Abban to Minnesota, USA, for the powerful Fire Glory Revival. This significant conference served as a supernatural breeding ground for global impact, bringing a unique wave of apostolic fire, deliverance, and spiritual awakening to the region.
CURRENT PASTORAL LEADERSHIP
Today, Minister Vera S. Harris is the active and visionary Founder and Senior Pastor of Altar of Fire End Time Ministries International. Driven by her direct prophetic mandate, she leads the ministry to ignite an unquenchable spiritual revival, break demonic yokes, and prepare souls for the kingdom of God.
Expanding her commitment to daily spiritual warfare and deliverance, she currently runs the ministry’s thriving prayer platform on WhatsApp from Monday to Friday. Through this daily intercessory platform, she provides a spiritual lifeline to believers worldwide, enforcing deliverance and victory through prayer. Known for her explosive, fire-backed preaching style and compassionate heart, she remains a trusted vessel for healing, signs, and wonders.
